Yes Security was founded by Harul Sehgal, a former Air Force professional who built his career on precision, discipline, and strict adherence to proven procedures. During his service, Harul was trained under rigorous standards where protocols, accountability, and consistency were non-negotiable.

After immigrating to Canada, he worked across small, medium, and large security firms as a Security Officer. What he saw was alarming: inconsistent training, weak operating procedures, and a level of workmanship that did not match the responsibility of protecting people, property and assets. Despite raising concerns, leadership at those companies failed to act.

Those experiences drove Harul to create a better standard. After four and a half years in the industry, he founded Yes Security with a straightforward mission: deliver security services that meet the level of professionalism, discipline, and care that clients deserve and expect. His commitment remains the same today. Every site protected by Yes Security receives the same level of attention and operational excellence he learned in the Air Force.
